Our resident “Candidate Queen”, Frankie leads the City + Capital Talent Team, dedicated to supporting professionals in securing the right roles to progress their careers in property finance.

Known for her experience, dedication and deep sector knowledge, Frankie ensures candidates not only find the right opportunity, but enjoy a personal and professional journey with us.

With an instinct for aligning aspirations with the right moves, she manages her team to deliver outcomes that work for both candidates and clients.

Fun Fact: A devoted cat lover with a photographic memory, Frankie can recite nearly every postcode prefix in the UK—an unexpectedly handy superpower.

Rob is a senior recruiter, running projects for clients looking to make important key hires.

With a career in financial services recruitment spanning longer than some of the team have been alive, Rob brings deep experience and a calm, commercial approach. A valued member of City + Capital since 2018, he also plays a key role in the growth and development of all of our team members.

Fun Fact: Not the Arsenal defender—he’s better than that!

Known as the “Office Oracle”, Cath is City + Capital’s unsung hero. Balancing HR, finance, and operational management, she’s the glue that holds together a busy and dynamic team. Highly organised and relentlessly efficient, Cath keeps everything (and everyone!) on track and helps make the whole operation run faster and smarter.

Fun Fact: Cath starts every day at 5am with a session of weightlifting. As you do!

As Operations Director, Tom was one of the founding members of City + Capital, and continues to play a central role in building the business and shaping how it runs.

With a relentlessly curious mind, Tom is known for his drive for improvement and efficiency. Analytical, calm and quietly tenacious, he keeps the business running smoothly so the team can focus on what they do best.

Fun Fact: Tom has three middle names and firmly believes that “e-mail” should never be hyphenated.

Vicki turns big ideas into meaningful action & moves the business forward with purpose and a people-first mindset. She works closely with the senior team to shape strategy, improve client outcomes and create an environment where people are encouraged to contribute.

Vicki feels fortunate to get to do brilliant things with brilliant people every day and never takes that for granted.

Fun Fact: Whilst Vicki can keep more plates spinning than should be possible, she still can't keep her mobile phone charged.

As Founder and Managing Director of City + Capital, Stuart sets the vision and strategy for the business, working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver it.

He remains involved in high-impact hires for key clients, bringing exceptional negotiation skills and deep market insight. Regularly behind placements that make headlines, Stuart’s work continues to influence the direction of some of the leading firms in the sector.

He believes time is our most valuable asset. His perfect weekend? Football, family, music — end of.

Fun Fact: Stuart is a former child actor and Spurs Junior who once beat Gazza at football snooker.

Our Chief Morale Officer, Uno, joined us at just 12 weeks old and has been bringing pawsitive energy into the office ever since. No matter how your day is going, she can lift your mood. Although the trade-off is you’ll have to share your lunch.
