The Recruitment Process
1. Identify a needWhen PREPARING to grow your financial services business, you could be looking to make a single appointment, or undertake a full recruitment drive. Once you’ve identified the positions available, speak to us to discuss the next steps.
2. Advertise the vacancyFollowing an initial fact-finding call, we’ll draft the job advertisement(s) and circulate it to any suitable candidates already listed on our own database. We’ll also share it on the relevant job boards – being careful not to disclose your company name.
3. Collate candidate responsesActing as ‘quality control’, we’ll review all applications and conduct an initial round of telephone interviews with any suitable candidates in order to compile a shortlist.
4. Share potential candidatesOnce we’ve identified the most suitable persons, we’ll contact them to disclose a little bit more information about your company and take them through The City & Capital Group interview process. We will then share our thoughts and additional notes with you, alongside their CVs.
5. Formal interview organisationOnce you’ve have reviewed the candidates, we’ll handle all interview arrangements and manage the process on your behalf.
6. Contract negotiationWhen it comes to making a formal job offer, negotiating contracts and securing the ideal candidate, we can take care of all post-interview discussions in order to appoint your chosen recruit.
